Fire! De De Dehhhhh De De

I am the god of hell fire and I bring you...... Fire.... de de dehhh de de.  This post was originally titled "The Olympic Torch Comes To Wroughton" but I think this title is much more fun.  And I do like a good musical post title.  So, yes, today the Olympic Flame is being carried through my village at lunchtime today.  I was planning on going but I live at the top of a big steep hill and the torch relay is taking place 2 miles down the hill.  The bus won't be running (because all the roads to my house will be closed for the torch relay) and it's going to be 25 degrees, which is far too hot to push a pram up a steep hill.  As a compromise I was going to take my little boy to watch the torch convoy go past instead (he's more interested in police bikes and coaches than the torch anyway).  But this morning I got an email from Royal Mail saying my Olympics tickets are being delivered today and I need to be here to sign for then.  Of course it won't be delivered while the torch is in Wroughton (because the roads will be shut) but I have visions of the post van passing me as I walk home... So it looks like I'll be stuck in waiting for the postman instead.

Anyway, in honour of the Olympic Torch, here's my picks of the fire and flame items on Etsy.
